By registering for and paying for any WPH workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Last Updated: 25-February, 2026

1. General Refund Policy

All workshop fees paid to WPH are generally non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances expressly stated in this policy.

Payment of the workshop fee confirms a participant’s reservation and allocation of resources and does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, whether partial or full.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this policy shall not operate to limit or waive any rights afforded to participants under applicable Philippine laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Civil Code of the Philippines. Refunds or other remedies shall be provided where required by law, including in cases where services are not rendered, are materially different from what was represented, or where WPH fails to deliver the workshop as agreed.

2. Refunds Due to Participant Cancellation

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must submit a Cancellation request in writing, including via email to WPH through its official communication channels

Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the written cancellation request is received and acknowledged by WPH, not the date it was sent.

2.1 Cancellation at Least Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Before the Workshop Start Date

  • The participant is eligible for a partial refund equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total workshop fee.

  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) is non-refundable and retained by WPH.

2.2 Cancellation Less Than Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Before the Workshop Start Date

  • No refund shall be issued.

  • This applies to late cancellations, non-attendance, or failure to complete the workshop for any reason.

3. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the workshop, arrive late, miss sessions, or discontinue participation after the workshop has started are considered no-shows.

No-shows are not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation, as resources, slots, and instructional time have already been allocated.

4. Refunds Due to Cancellation or Rescheduling by WPH

If WPH cancels or reschedules a workshop due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be given the option to:

  • Transfer or rebook to another available workshop schedule; or

  • Receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines imposed by banks or payment providers.

5. Minimum Number of Participants

All workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed.

If the minimum number is not met and WPH decides not to proceed with the workshop, participants may choose to:

  • Join a rescheduled session; or

  • Request a full refund of fees paid.

6. Participant Substitution (Transfer of Registration)

Refunds are not issued for participant substitutions.

Instead, participants may nominate a substitute attendee subject to the following conditions:

  • WPH must be notified in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the workshop start date.

  • The substitute must meet the same eligibility and prerequisite requirements.

  • Substitutions are subject to WPH’s approval.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued for the following circumstances, provided that the workshop is delivered as advertised:

  • Failure to attend or complete the workshop

  • Technical issues related to participant-owned devices, software, or internet connectivity

  • Loss of access to Learning Management System (LMS) materials after the allowed access period

  • Removal from the workshop due to misconduct or violation of WPH policies;

  • Dissatisfaction with content, provided that the workshop was delivered as advertised and the stated learning objectives were substantially met

8. Refunds Required by Law

In accordance with Philippine consumer protection laws, participants shall be entitled to a full or appropriate refund, notwithstanding any “non-refundable” designation, if any of the following occur:

  • The workshop is not delivered or is cancelled by WPH without an offered alternative acceptable to the participant;

  • The workshop content or delivery is materially different from what was advertised or contractually promised;

  • The service is rendered in a substantially defective manner attributable to WPH;

  • There is a proven case of misrepresentation, unfair trade practice, or failure to render the agreed service.

In such cases, WPH shall process refunds or provide legally mandated remedies in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed using the original payment method, where possible; and

  • Subject to bank or payment processor timelines, which may vary.

WPH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

WPH reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on WPH Paid Course’s official website.

11. Contact Information

For refund-related questions or cancellation requests, participants must contact WPH through its official communication channels as listed on the website.
