1. Where does the Layered Architecture Workshop take place?
The Layered Architecture Workshop is conducted 100% online / remotely. All sessions are delivered through an online conferencing platform, and participants may join from any location using their own device and internet connection.
2. Is this a live workshop or a self-paced course?
This is a live, instructor-led online workshop. Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions in real time. This is not a self-paced or on-demand course.
3. Will the workshop sessions be recorded?
Yes. Sessions may be recorded by WPH for quality assurance, internal use, or learning purposes. Access to recordings (if provided) is subject to WPH’s LMS policies and availability.
Participants are not permitted to record, screenshot, or capture any part of the workshop without prior written consent from WPH.
3. Will the workshop sessions be recorded?
Yes. Sessions may be recorded by WPH for quality assurance, internal use, or learning purposes. Access to recordings (if provided) is subject to WPH’s LMS policies and availability.
Participants are not permitted to record, screenshot, or capture any part of the workshop without prior written consent from WPH.
4. What happens if the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by WPH?
If WPH cancels or reschedules the workshop due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to:

Transfer to another available schedule, or

Receive a full refund of fees paid.
5. When is my registration confirmed?
Registration is confirmed only after full payment (100%) of the published workshop fee has been successfully received. Unpaid or partially paid registrations are not considered confirmed.
6. Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
Yes, subject to the cancellation policy:

15 days or more before the workshop start date: 50% refund

Less than 15 days before the workshop start date or non-attendance: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted and acknowledged by WPH through email.
7. Can I transfer my slot to another participant?
Yes. You may nominate a substitute participant provided:

The substitute meets the workshop’s eligibility requirements

WPH is notified at least 7 days before the workshop start date
All substitutions are subject to approval.
8. How long will I have access to the LMS and workshop materials?
Participants are granted LMS access during the workshop period and for up to seven (7) days after the final session. After this period, access may be restricted or deactivated without notice.
9. Will I receive a certificate after the workshop?
Certificates of Attendance or Completion are issued only if participants:

Meet the minimum 80% attendance requirement, and

Actively participate in required sessions and activities
Payment alone does not guarantee certificate issuance.
10. Can I share the training materials or reuse them for teaching?
No. All training materials are the exclusive intellectual property of WPH. Materials are for personal learning only and may not be shared, reproduced, recorded, sold, or used for teaching or commercial purposes.
